How to order?

You can shop our perfumes directly from our website. Add the perfumes of your choice to the cart and follow the instructions. Make sure you get everything you need before checking out!

How to redeem my 40.000 IDR voucher at the website?

If you order our Starter Pack, you will find a 40.000 voucher inside. 
Find your unique code at the back of the voucher. Enter your code on the cart or the checkout page. 40.000 IDR will be deducted automatically from your invoice. Proceed to payment.

Please note that:
– Codes are valid until the date stated on the card and can not be redeemed after the expiry date.
– The code can only be redeemed for orders via WhatsApp and on our website www.harvm.com.
– The code is valid for 1 (one) transaction only.
– It cannot be exchanged with cash.
– The quantity of the voucher is limited.

What are the payment methods?

There are several payment options:
– QRIS: Gopay, BCA, and any payments that accept QRIS.
– Virtual accounts: Mandiri, BNI, BCA, Permata, BRI, BSI.
– e-Wallets: OVO, DANA, LinkAja, and ShopeePay.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are doing our best to deliver your order as fast as possible. Here is our shipping process:
– All HARVM products are dispatched from our warehouse in Jakarta.
– All that come before 16.00 WIB on weekdays and before 14.00 WIB on Saturday will be processed on the same day, except for PO orders.
– Orders that come on Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
– Standard delivery will take around 2 – 7 days depending on your location and the shipping service that you choose.

How to track my order?

You will get an e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped 🙂

What should I do after receiving my package?

This is very important:
Please do an unboxing video every time you receive your order. You can only exchange your product if you can provide the unboxing video.

What do I do if my order get mixed up?

First of all, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured that you will get what you order. We will organize the exchange process for you.

My perfume arrives in a damaged condition. Can I exchange it?

Yes! 
We just need you to send us the unboxing video within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving it.

We cannot exchange the damaged product without the unboxing video. Order cancellation is not allowed. Read our refund and exchange policy here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Order cancellation is not allowed after payment is made.

Product exchange is ONLY permitted in the case of delivery mistakes and damaged/defective products.

I put the wrong information on my order. How to correct it?

Please send us a message on WhatsApp or send us an e-mail immediately.

How if my package is missing during the shipment?

Let us know through e-mail at halo@harvm.com or harvmid@gmail.com or simply send us a WhatsApp so we can help you solve this issue. However, you can also contact the shipping company directly.

Please note that we do not have control once the package is with the shipping company. However, we will try our best to help you solve the problem 🙏🏻
